Dr. Jason Tuori is a licensed physical therapist who received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Upstate Medical University. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA and is certified as a Level 1 USA Track and Field coach. Jason is an active member of the local running community and competes regularly in distances ranging from 800 meters to the marathon. In his spare time, he enjoys rock climbing, playing music, and reading physical therapy research.


Ms. Katrina Hamer is a licensed physical therapist assistant who earned her degree from SUNY Broome community college. Ms. Hamer also attended Lock Haven University where she earned her Bachelors of Health Science. Ms. Hamer has a unique understanding of the human body and its biomechanics thanks to her prior profession, dancing at Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre and Illinois Ballet. Her former career lends to her remarkable take on functional rehabilitation and strength training.


Kyle has worked in the fitness industry for over 11 years as a certified personal trainer in Phoenix, AZ and Upstate New York. During that time, Kyle has helped people of all ages and ability levels improve their overall health and well-being through progressive means. Kyle is NASM certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and in FMS (Functional Movement Screen). His training philosophy is “Know your weaknesses and continue to challenge them.”


Sarah has a BA in Biology and a minor in Health Sciences from Ithaca College, where she was also a member of the Varsity Women's Crew Team. Sarah has been in the fitness industry since 2014, is an NASM certified Personal Trainer, and is currently working towards her certification as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. During the day, Sarah is employed as a research technician for the Weill Institute for Cell and Molecular Biology. She also has a six-year-old son and it was her post-baby weight loss journey that first led her to coach others. Sarah has a passion for strength training and powerlifting, and has also run a marathon and several half marathons, including a few Seneca 7 races.


Elizabeth has her associates degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from Broome Community College and is currently the office manager of McCune and Murphy's Dryden location. She is a lifelong athlete and has most recently been a Crossfit participant. Lizzy is active in several local endurance challenges and has participated in Tough Mudders, Spartan Races, the Great Race, and Women's Swimmin'. Her diverse background and love of exercise will ensure she designs a challenging workout for you.
