We offer classes for every level and stage of fitness. We start all programs with an interview to establish your goals and level of fitness. All classes start with a group warm up followed by training and completed with cool down. Access to assistance by your trainer and physical therapist is always available.

 

Team Training

Our team training classes incorporate a mix of resistance and cardiovascular training. As always, you have access to our physical therapy staff, as well as our personal trainers.

Want to hike the High Peaks, travel the world, spend full days in the garden, or keep up with your children or grandchildren? As we age, certain aspects of our physical capacity we can no longer take for granted. Improved cardiovascular fitness and increased muscle mass will help with the inevitable daily aches and pains. Get fit, improve balance, and increase your muscle tone with others who are experiencing the same changes in a fun and safe environment.

The benefits of Personal Training without the expense. With a maximum of 6 clients Small Group Training allows personal attention to achieve goals faster. Geared towards clients returning from injury, individuals at risk for exercise (Medically Supervised Exercise) and those individuals wanting a more individualized approach.

Our MSE program is for those individuals who are at risk when exercising—morbidly obese, diabetic, high blood pressure. Structured with personal trainer and physical therapist.

Work one-on-one with our personal trainers. For those who want a completely individualized work out. We have two pricing options:

Flat Rate

Includes

  • 1 hour assessment, goal setting, and orientation to gym and equipment.
  • 2 months (8 weeks) of individualized programming including progress tracking
  • 3 follow-up visits over the 2 months—at the beginning, middle, and end of the program.
  • 1 weekly email check-in
$200 with membership or $250 without membership

Pay Per Meeting

Meet your personal trainer in person at either our Dryden or Trumansburg locations.

$60 per hour or $30 per half hour
